Event redemption steps
Please log in to the MSI Member Center to start the redemption process.
1. In the menu on the left hand side of the Member Center page, please click "Product Registration" to complete your product registration.
Note: If you cannot read the product's barcode, please refer to [ here ].
Note: After completing the product registration, you must apply for the event to complete the redemption steps.
2. After completing product registration, please find " Promotions " in "Membership" in the menu on the left.
3. After finding the activity you want to redeem, click "Redeem".
4. Please submit relevant information according to the activity instructions. After the event application is sent, you can check the event redemption progress in the Member Center.
Note: If you have not received a notification two weeks after submitting your application, please confirm whether the application information is complete and fill in the missing information in the Member Center.
5. Once the redemption is approved, you will receive a "Redemption Successful" email.
Redemption Awaiting Time
Some event redemption applications might be manually reviewed by MSI staff. Depending on the type of gifts in each activity, the time required to send the gifts will also vary. Please refer to the following instructions:
※Digital code - It takes 7 to 14 working days after the application is submitted. The digital code can be confirmed in the member center; the redemption platform for the digital code varies according to each promotion event, please check the details from the event page.
※Cashback - 30 working days after customer received redemption approved email letter.
※Physical Prize -Physical gifts must be arranged through local freight and will be delivered approximately 8 to 12 weeks after successful redemption.

If you redeem gifts through MSI Membership Rewards points, MSI staff will review your redemption operation within 14 working days and deduct the points from your account. You can check your redemption status in the " Redemption Record ".
